Now that I have a basic profile, how do I edit the content? From your Profile homepage, you can edit your content by clicking on the “edit” link next to “Profile” in the upper left hand menu. 3. How do I get my photos to appear in the Find Ideas section with all of my local vendor information attached?
Step 1Upload your photos in the Photo section of your Profile. You can upload your photos directly through the Blissbook website or use our Blissbook Photo Tool for faster, easier processing. Since many of your photos may be large digital files, our Blissbook Photo Tool will automatically resize them smaller for faster processing/uploading. To access the Blissbook Photo Tool, just click on “Add Photos to My Profile” button in the Photos section and it will take you to a link to download the Blissbook Photo Tool. If you are using the Blissbook Photo Tool, be sure to set privacy option to “Public” before hitting “Upload Now”.
Step 2Once you have uploaded all of your photos, enter tags for all of your photos. You can do this by opening a photo album in the Photos section and adding a tag for each picture. We recommend you tag each photo with categories such as “gown”, “flowers”, “bridesmaids”, “cake”, “ceremony”, etc. to make them searchable. For tags that apply to all of your photos, you can also add the tag in the Blissbook Photo Tool before uploading. This is particularly valuable if you want to acknowledge your wedding planner for their help in the entire wedding. You would simply add the tags “wedding planner” to the tag section before hitting “Upload Now”. NOTE: if your photos are from your professional photographer, be sure to click “Professional” photos option in the Blissbook Photo Tool before hitting “Upload Now”. This will ensure they are given credit for each photo.
Step 3Fill out which vendors you used for your wedding (and rate/review them) by clicking on the edit Profile link from your Profile homepage and click on the “Wedding” tab. Here you can add vendors for the following categories:
4. What if I don’t want my photos to be visible in the Find Ideas section? You can change the privacy option for your photos by changing the “Visibility” on any particular photo to “Private” instead of “Public”. You can also do this before uploading your photos in the Blissbook Photo Tool. Currently the privacy option allows you to determine if your photos can be viewed in the Find Ideas section. However, the photos will still be visible on your personal profile page by any of your friends or anyone who lands on your profile page. Visitors who are NOT friends will only see a limited amount of your Profile. 5. How do I rate & review my vendor?Sign In to your Profile and click on the Profile edit link. In the Weddings tab, you can select the vendors you used as well as rate and review them. |
